Workplace programme delivery or privacy; account or access; partner or application; calculator or content correction; mutual-fund transaction or distribution; and issues Saventh can only hand to a partner. Emergencies and law-enforcement matters use official channels, not this form.
Email grievance@saventh.com with name, contact, service, date, a concise issue, any reference or transaction ID and the resolution sought. Attach only necessary redacted evidence. You should receive an acknowledgement or reference through the supported channel. Status updates depend on the issue and any request for more information. A self-serve portal is not promised.
Ask for internal escalation first. For applicable securities-market complaints, current SCORES guidance is to approach the concerned entity first, then use SEBI SCORES where it applies. Partner or insurance complaints need that provider’s route.
