Grievance redressal at Saventh

A clear path to raise concerns about your Saventh account, workplace programme, or mutual fund transactions — with defined timelines and escalation options.

Saventh is committed to fair, transparent resolution of complaints. Whether you are a salaried employee using the investor app, an HR admin on the workplace portal, or a distribution partner, this page explains how to lodge a grievance, what to expect, and when you can escalate to AMFI or SEBI SCORES.

We treat every grievance seriously. Educational content and platform support are handled separately from regulated mutual fund transaction disputes — both paths are listed below.

What issues can you raise as a grievance?

Login failures, OTP issues, app crashes, incorrect profile data, or inability to access Learn quests or HR dashboards after verified enrolment.

Employer onboarding delays, session scheduling disputes, incorrect company mapping, or concerns about how HR engagement data is displayed (not investment performance).

SIP debit failures, order status mismatches, KYC or FATCA rejections, redemption delays, incorrect NAV application, nominee update issues, or statement discrepancies executed via BSE Star MF.

Unauthorized access concerns, consent withdrawal requests, or disputes about how personal data is processed — cross-reference [`/legal/privacy`](../legal/privacy.md).

Co-brand portal access, commission statement queries, or referral tracking disputes on partner dashboards.

General product questions → [`/faq`](./faq.md). Investment suitability or “which fund?” guidance → Saventh Learn or a licensed advisor. Market loss complaints where schemes performed per disclosed risk → see [`/legal/mf-disclaimer`](../legal/mf-disclaimer.md).

Mutual fund transaction grievances — what to include

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully. Saventh does not guarantee returns. See [`/legal/mf-disclaimer`](../legal/mf-disclaimer.md) and [`/legal/investor-disclaimer`](../legal/investor-disclaimer.md).

Workplace programme grievances — for HR and employees

Issues with demo scheduling, employer dashboard access, integration data feeds, or employee roster accuracy. Contact your Saventh account manager or use `/contact` with subject “Workplace programme”. HR contractual matters may reference [`/legal/terms`](../legal/terms.md) employer sections.

Issues joining your company on Saventh, referral rewards, Learn app access, or incorrect employer mapping. Use in-app Help or `/contact` with your company name and work email domain.

Data note: HR sees aggregated engagement metrics — not individual portfolio values unless explicitly configured and consented. Privacy disputes → [`/legal/privacy`](../legal/privacy.md).

Frequently asked questions

How long does Saventh take to resolve a grievance?

Saventh targets acknowledgement within 3 working days and resolution within 15 working days for most issues. Complex mutual fund settlement cases involving AMCs or banks may take longer; you will receive written updates.

Should I complain to Saventh or SEBI SCORES first?

Raise the grievance with Saventh first so we can trace BSE Star MF orders and KYC records. If you are unsatisfied with the final response, you may escalate to AMFI or lodge a complaint on SEBI SCORES.

What is SEBI SCORES and when should I use it?

SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System) is SEBI's official portal for investor complaints about securities market intermediaries, including mutual fund distributors. Use it after exhausting Saventh's internal grievance process for MF-related disputes.

Can I raise a grievance if I lost money in a mutual fund?

Market losses due to NAV movement are an investment risk, not a service grievance. Saventh can help with transaction errors, unauthorized orders, or disclosure issues. See `/legal/mf-disclaimer` for risk language.

Is there a toll-free number for Saventh grievances?

Published phone numbers (if any) appear on `/contact`. Email support@saventh.com and the `/contact` form are always available for documented grievance trails.

How do I track my grievance status?

Reply to your acknowledgement email with your ticket ID, or check in-app Help ticket status on the investor or HR app. HR bulk issues may be tracked through your account manager.

Does filing a grievance affect my Saventh account?

No. Raising a legitimate grievance does not impact your access to the platform or your investments. Retaliation against complainants is prohibited under Saventh policy and AMFI guidelines.
