Workplace programme delivery or privacy; account or access; partner or application; calculator or content correction; mutual-fund transaction or distribution; and issues Saventh can only hand to a partner. Emergencies and law-enforcement matters use official channels, not this form.

How to lodge a grievance

Email grievance@saventh.com with name, contact, service, date, a concise issue, any reference or transaction ID and the resolution sought. Attach only necessary redacted evidence. Never send OTP, PIN or password. Half Billion Technology Pvt Ltd / Saventh Investment (ARN 324457) is the responsible group for Saventh services described here.

Acknowledgement and status

You should receive an acknowledgement or reference through the supported channel. Status updates depend on the issue and any request for more information. A self-serve portal is not promised.

If the issue is unresolved

Ask for internal escalation first. For applicable securities-market complaints, current SCORES guidance is to approach the concerned entity first, then use SEBI SCORES where it applies. Partner or insurance complaints need that provider’s route.

How grievance information is handled

Information is used to investigate and respond, and may be shared with the responsible provider. See the privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions

How long will a grievance take?

Acknowledgement and review timing depend on the issue type, completeness and any third-party dependency. Ask for a reference number when you submit.

Should I contact Saventh or SCORES first?

For an applicable Saventh securities-market issue, use this grievance route first; use current SCORES escalation if unresolved.

What is SCORES?

SCORES is SEBI’s online grievance-redressal facilitation platform for complaints against relevant securities-market entities.

Can I complain about an investment loss?

A loss alone does not prove service failure, but users can raise concerns about disclosure, execution, records or conduct.

Will a grievance affect my workplace access?

A good-faith grievance should be handled independently of education access.

Need a workplace session instead?

Programme booking stays separate from formal complaints. Use Book a Session only for education planning.
