Connect Saventh to your HR technology stack

Scope employee onboarding, access and privacy-safe programme reporting with HRIS, payroll or identity systems where supported. Every connection should begin with a documented data flow and security review.

What can a Saventh HR integration do?

A Saventh HR integration may reduce manual programme administration by exchanging approved roster, access or aggregate reporting data with an employer system. Availability depends on the source system, protocol, plan and security requirements. It should not transfer personal financial details to HR by default.

Supported integration options

Supported paths are file upload, API, webhook and SSO. Each connection records direction, required fields, update frequency, authentication and owner after the organisation’s security review. Named HR systems are enabled only when that review is complete.

Portal setup in Saventh HRMS is separate from an external HRMS connection.

Minimum data for onboarding and reporting

For each flow, name source, destination, fields, purpose, frequency, retention and deletion. Prefer employee identifier, work contact and programme eligibility fields only when necessary. Exclude salary, bank, debt, score, investment and product data unless a distinct lawful purpose is documented.

Questions IT and Security can review

Frequently asked questions

Which HR systems can Saventh connect to?

Saventh connects approved roster, access or reporting flows after a security review of the source system and protocol. Compatibility is scoped per organisation, not assumed for every HR product.

Is SSO available?

SSO is available when the organisation’s identity provider and workspace plan support it. Protocol and scope are set in the integration setup.

Which employee fields are required?

Collect only fields required for the approved onboarding, access or reporting purpose.

Does payroll integration expose salary or bank data?

Not by default; any such flow requires a documented need, field-level approval and applicable privacy controls.

How long does integration take?

Timing depends on systems, security review and testing. Provide a range after discovery.

Scope an HR integration responsibly

Bring the source system, use case, security requirements and proposed data fields to an integration discovery discussion.
