What is Saventh HRMS?

Saventh HRMS is an employer-facing workspace for administering Saventh workplace financial wellness activity. It can support programme planning, session scheduling, communications and aggregate participation reporting. It should not expose an employee’s debt, investments, score or personal planning details to HR.

Choose a workforce group, sequence one or more education topics, schedule delivery and plan follow-up communications. HR edits groups, schedules and communications; Saventh-recommended education content stays read-only unless a change is agreed.

Aggregate feedback; support requests and exports where available. Display plan or contract limits beside restricted features.

Who can see what

Define employer-admin and Saventh support roles, authentication, invitation and offboarding. HR reporting should default to aggregate programme activity. Personal financial answers, scores, planning notes and product actions remain outside ordinary employer visibility.

What employee information can HR see?

Yes. Administrators can export the aggregate programme fields enabled for their workspace.

How are administrators removed?

Workspace administrators revoke access through the organisation’s offboarding process in Saventh HRMS.
