Our Story — Saventh Workplace Financial Literacy — Saventh
Financial Wellness

Our story — education first, then optional planning

Saventh began with a clear belief: employees deserve practical money education at work before anyone talks about products or personal plans. Organisations invite us in; literacy comes first; personalised planning stays optional.

The Problem We Saw

Across Indian workplaces, people were making important money decisions with incomplete information. Some delayed starting an emergency fund. Others bought insurance without understanding cover. Many felt tax season as a scramble rather than a plan.

Employers cared, but many “financial wellness” offers skipped straight to products. That left HR uncomfortable and employees sceptical. We wanted a different path — human, educational, and respectful of choice.

Financial stress is personal, but it shows up at work. When people understand money better, they sleep better, plan better, and engage better.
