The Planner is an optional way for interested employees to organise goals, responsibilities, gaps and next questions after workplace financial education. It is not required to attend or benefit from a literacy session.
It is a structured digital and/or guided experience that helps an employee review selected financial-wellness topics and organise possible next steps. Employees can use it as self-guided follow-up, with optional human support when requested. General education stays separate from any regulated or product-related service.

Current situation and responsibilities; goals and time horizons; emergency readiness; protection awareness; debt pressure; tax-season readiness; retirement questions; and a short list of next topics. Ask only for information needed for the stated purpose.
The organisation offers literacy.

An interested employee chooses the Planner.
The employee reviews an output.
Optional one-to-one or regulated services are offered separately with their own disclosures and consent.
A decision not to continue has no workplace consequence.
